Redefine Your Space. Architectural Elegance.

Transform your ceilings with Brotet Coat's premium POP & Gypsum solutions. From sleek false ceilings to intricate cove designs, we deliver luxury that speaks volumes.

Architectural Elegance

The Fifth Wall

The ceiling is the largest uninterrupted space in a room, yet it is often the most neglected. A well-designed false ceiling transforms a flat, boring roof into a dynamic architectural feature that dictates the mood of the entire room.

At Brotet Coat, we design and install premium POP (Plaster of Paris) and Gypsum board ceilings. Whether you want a minimalist floating ceiling for your living room or a highly intricate layered design with cove lighting for a luxury bedroom, our structural experts deliver flawless execution.

Modern False Ceiling Design
Functional Beauty

More Than Just Design

Dynamic Lighting

False ceilings allow for the seamless integration of recessed spotlights, hidden LED strips, and elegant chandeliers without exposed wiring.

Conceals Flaws

Perfect for hiding unsightly structural beams, exposed AC ducts, fire sprinklers, and complex electrical wiring layouts.

Thermal Insulation

The air gap trapped between the actual roof and the false ceiling acts as a natural insulator, keeping your room cooler in the summer.

Acoustic Control

Gypsum boards naturally absorb sound, significantly reducing echo and preventing noise transmission from the floor above.

Plaster of Paris allows for ultimate flexibility. Ideal for creating curved designs, intricate cornices, ceiling roses, and custom luxury shapes.

Layered & Dropped Ceilings

Layered & Dropped

Creating multiple levels or 'steps' in the ceiling to add massive architectural depth and separate different zones within an open-plan room.

Structural Process

1

Design & Marking

We map out the exact design, lighting points, and AC vent locations on the existing roof using laser levels for absolute precision.

2

Metal Framework

A robust grid of galvanized iron (GI) channels is securely bolted to the roof slab. This frame holds the entire weight of the ceiling.

3

Boarding & Wiring

Gypsum boards are screwed onto the frame. Electrical wiring is safely pulled through the designated cutouts for the lights.

4

Jointing & Painting

The joints between boards are taped and filled with jointing compound, sanded completely flat, and finished with premium ceiling paint.

Uncompromising Quality

Engineered for Safety

A suspended ceiling must be structurally sound. We never compromise on the quality of our framing materials or the boards we use, ensuring your ceiling remains perfectly flat and safe for decades.

  • Heavy-Duty GI Channels

We use heavy-gauge galvanized iron framing that resists rust and provides massive load-bearing capacity for heavy chandeliers.

  • Fire & Moisture Resistant Boards

For kitchens and bathrooms, we utilize specialized green/pink gypsum boards that resist high humidity and retard fire spread.

Frequently Asked Questions

A standard false ceiling requires a drop of at least 4 to 6 inches to accommodate the metal framework and the depth of recessed LED lights.

Gypsum boards are factory-finished, meaning they offer a perfectly flat surface and are very fast to install with less mess. POP is hand-mixed on site and is better suited if you want highly intricate, curved, or customized molding designs.

The gypsum board itself cannot hold heavy weight. Heavy fixtures must be bolted directly into the original concrete roof slab above, not the false ceiling. We plan for these anchor points during the design phase.
