Enhancing The Natural Beauty of Wood

Expert wood polishing, PU coatings, and Duco painting services designed to restore, protect, and elevate the elegance of your wooden interiors and furniture.

Artisan Craftsmanship

Preserving Your Heritage

Wood brings unparalleled warmth and character to any space. However, without proper care and finishing, natural wood is highly susceptible to fading, scratching, and moisture damage.

At Brotet Coat, we blend traditional craftsmanship with modern polymer technology. Whether you want to highlight the rich, natural grain of a vintage dining table with a high-gloss PU polish, or modernize your kitchen cabinets with a sleek, solid-color Duco finish, our artisans deliver flawless results.

Finishing

Why Protect Wood?

The Elements of Decay

UV Fading

Unprotected wood exposed to sunlight will rapidly lose its rich color, turning into a dull, dry, and lifeless grey.

Moisture & Rot

Wood is highly porous. Absorbed moisture causes swelling, warping, and eventually, irreversible wood rot.

Termites & Borers

Untreated wood is an open invitation for pests that can hollow out expensive furniture from the inside out.

Scratches & Stains

Daily usage leaves raw wood vulnerable to deep scratches, water rings, and permanent stains from spills.

Our Master Finishes

The Perfect Coat

PU Polish

Polyurethane (PU) Polish

The gold standard of luxury wood finishing. PU offers exceptional resistance to heat, water, and scratches. Available in ultra-matte to mirror-like high gloss, perfect for high-end furniture.

Melamine Polish

Melamine Polish

A cost-effective, durable finish that beautifully enhances the natural wood grain. It creates a thin, hard film over the wood, making it ideal for interior doors and wardrobes.

Duco Paint

Duco Painting

An automotive-grade, opaque paint finish for wood. If you want to hide the grain and achieve a flawless, solid color (like pure white or deep navy) with a silky touch, Duco is the answer.

Lamination Polish

Polyester / Lamination

An ultra-thick, glass-like clear coat. It provides an incredibly deep, wet-look gloss that is highly scratch-resistant. Frequently used on luxury piano finishes and premium dining tables.

The Application

Our Process to Perfection

1

Surface Sanding

We strip old polish and use progressively finer grit sandpaper to achieve an ultra-smooth, raw wood surface.

2

Staining & Coloring

If required, we apply premium wood stains (walnut, teak, mahogany) to alter or enhance the natural color of the timber.

3

Sealer Application

Multiple coats of sanding sealer are applied to close the wood pores, blocking moisture and creating a flat foundation.

4

Final Top Coat

Precision spray application of the final PU, Melamine, or Duco topcoat in a dust-free environment for a flawless finish.

Premium Wood Finishing
Uncompromising Quality

Why Choose Brotet Coat?

Wood polishing is an art that requires patience and precision. We never take shortcuts, ensuring your furniture remains beautiful for generations.

  • Spray Application

We do not use brushes. All our premium coatings are applied using advanced HVLP spray guns to guarantee a zero-brush-mark, factory-like finish.

  • Anti-Termite Treatment

Before any polishing begins, we inject and coat the raw wood with industrial-grade wood preservatives to permanently prevent termite and borer infestations.

Frequently Asked Questions

While we cannot make naturally dark wood (like rosewood) completely white without using opaque Duco paint, we can use bleaching techniques and lighter stains to significantly brighten the appearance of the natural grain.

PU (Polyurethane) is a thicker, much harder, and highly durable finish that offers excellent water and scratch resistance, making it ideal for dining tables and premium furniture. Melamine is thinner and less durable, but offers a very cost-effective way to enhance interior doors and wardrobes.

Yes, solvent-based finishes like PU and Melamine do emit strong odors during application and curing. We highly recommend ensuring the area is well-ventilated, and we often take movable furniture to our workshop for spraying to minimize disruption in your home.
